How do I place an order?
Browse our store, choose the product you want, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate exclusively online.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most English-speaking regions and many international destinations.
Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
A tracking code will be sent once your order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and Shop Pay.
Depending on your device, you may also be able to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay on delivery or in cash?
Not at the moment. All payments must be completed online.
Can I change my order or address?
Orders can be edited or canceled only before they are processed.
Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Can I add more items to an existing order?
Due to operational reasons, additional items cannot be added to an existing order.
If you want more products, simply place a new order.
Where do the products come from?
We work with fulfillment centers in several countries (USA, Europe and Asia).
Orders are shipped from the warehouse offering the fastest processing based on your location and product availability.
I only received part of my order — is that normal?
Yes. If your order contains items shipped from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 7 days for dissatisfaction returns and 30 days for manufacturing defects.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered is correct.
My delivery is delayed — what should I do?
Track your order using the tracking code.
If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, contact our team and we will follow up with the carrier.
