At CasaWise, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Partial Shipments

If you purchase more than one item, the products may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees

In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional taxes or fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Address

Please review your information carefully before completing your order. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
