Refund Policy
At CasaWise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.
Deadlines

Product dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days after delivery.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, damage will be considered due to misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the customer may choose:

To exchange it for another product in stock.

To receive a refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to one minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Warranty Does Not Cover

Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screen, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Improper use of accessories.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction).

Resistance tests not recommended (drops, water exposure, excessive pressure).
